To pass the test, walk on hands for 3 meters (See video below)
Because of big files dimension for video, you could have problem when trying to upload your tests. In this case you can send an email to certifications@ecross-sport.com (please write your Name, Surname and the title of test you are sending). You can attach your video, or share a link to a cloud sharing platform (eg. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfert, etc.).
