Description:
Position yourself on a rise (box, cube …) and lift one leg maintaining the modopalic equilibrium position.
P.d.p.:
- Minimize movements
- Minimize balance loss
- Perform the exercise equally effectively with both feet.
Common mistakes:
- Rest the raised leg repeatedly
- Excessive ardor in movements
Teaching Kids:
Choose a level of difficulty that allows you to perform the exercise without making too many errors due to excessive difficulty, and then gradually increase them
Variants:
- Bipodalic balance on rise
- Monopodalic balance with closed eyes
- Monopodalic equilibrium on unstable rise (bosu)
- Balance after fatigue (stroke-sequence of squats or lunges ….)
