ECross Kids Lessons – February 2020

Trainer, let’s go!!! February has started and the second half of our training path too – at least for those who started in September/October. Instead, for the ones who only started in January rhythms are going to increase.  

February is the month in which many countries celebrate Carnival: it is a festival that for someone also mean holiday… But we have to keep going with our training with perseverance and commitment. 

  1. Everyone should already know all basic exercises according to their level;
  2. Precision is the key word of the month, in order to improve Kids’ execution from a technical point of view; 
  3. 10-14 category will have two workouts in each lesson. 

Follow the table of prevalences of the month: it will help you in managing your kids correctly; as always, if you can’t do some exercises because of equipment, keep the prevalence and adapt the workout to your possibilities. 

Always put training at the center and make sure every exercise is funny!

Also, remember the big difference between age groups about teaching, language and approach but most of all put into practice the principle of SCALABILITY. 

Prevalences are the same of January’s ones but inverted: this will allow those who attend only once a week to train even the skills on which he didn’t work on last month.  

The prevalence table is also inverted as compared to January’s one.

Download the fifth part dedicated to the food education project: there is a simple lesson for your kids (why to avoid sweetened and sparkling drinks), which I suggest you do at the end of the month, and a food game (it is a game/training useful to memorize the lesson basic concepts).
